Oh you lucky, lucky man. I applied for a C&R in NJ. Visited by a BATFE agent (very nice and polite) and she recommended I withdraw the application. WHy you may ask? Because the Democratic People's Republic of New Jersey doesn't recognize them. I'd still need to go through a dealer to get my purchases. I think I cried for days...
