State of Massachusetts: Accomplice to Murder

Saw this link over at PISSED and needed to comment. First, this is VERY much needed:

Family alerted police on driver

MILFORD - Nicolas Guaman, accused of dragging a motorcyclist for a quarter of a mile after a collision, showed not a flicker of emotion when police told him the motorcyclist was dead, a document filed in court yesterday showed.

Okay, so the guy's a scumbag. Lots of scumbags out there.
Guaman appeared yesterday in Milford District Court, where he pleaded not guilty to eight charges, including vehicular homicide while under the influence, failure to stop for police, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and reckless conduct creating risk to a child.
Okay, add drunk driver to scumbag. Oh, and he didn't have a license. Big shock.

An immigrant from Ecuador living illegally in the United States, Guaman may face deportation by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency following his arrest.

Illegal alien driving drunk with no license scumbag. This just keeps getting better and better, doesn't it?

Milford police arrested Guaman in 2008 on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and at least one public employee and of breaking and entering, according to the police and the Worcester district attorney’s office. The case was continued without a finding for one year.

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME???

Assault and battery on multiple people, combined with B&E, *AND* he's an illegal and the case was CWF? WTFF???

The state of Massachusetts has blood on its hands in this case. Plain and simple. Had the state done its job and contacted ICE to have this dangerous scumbag deported - like they're supposed to - Mr. Denice would still be alive today. FACT. The state of Massachusetts is an accomplice to the murder of Matthew Denice, there's no doubt about that. While Guaman bears ultimate responsibility for killing Denice, there is simply no question that the state of Massachusetts aided and abetted him in this task.

J'accuse.

That is all.

I'll give it an honorable mention in the SSCC tonight. Wasn't a government employee, but a bunch of employees not doing their jobs enabled the situation.

My daddy left New Hampshire for MA in order to live with a wonderful and accomplished woman. Stories like this make him realize exactly what he signed up for.

P-Mags are stacked up on the shelves of my local gun store. No problem buying them as long as you have the money. What country are you living in?

Flee Massachusetts!

But you can reach the top of your profession
If you become the leader of the land
For murder is the sport of the elected
And you don't need to lift a finger of your hand

(Sorry, too quick on the Enter key.) That previous lyric was from Sting's "Murder by Numbers."

Seemed appropriate at the time.

Sigh... Sad and he'll probably NEVER go to trial...

Just today here in the central valley of Kalifornia Holder dropped all charges for 50 perps busted for growing 54 acres of pot.
The whole bust cost the county tens of thousands and the AG told us 'it did'nt happen' 'we will not not file'.
Enyone want to guess?
