Unfortunately, It's Not Just MA...

Barron sends in yet another story of the "justice" system failing - this time, though, it's not in Massachusetts...

Bond Denied for Man Charged in Nurse's Death
A 36-year-old Carpentersville man was denied bond Thursday in the beating death of a longtime nurse in Chicago's Bridgeport neighborhood.

Raymond Harris is accused of killing 73-year-old Virginia Perillo last month in her garage. He was arrested Tuesday in Elgin, police said, and charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery.
This dirtbag served all of half of his sentence for raping a woman over a weekend, trying to beat her to death, and then setting her house on fire. Fifteen years is the best our "justice" system could manage to keep him behind bars - only to set him free to prey upon other women. This time he found someone weaker than him and managed to succeed in killing her - and then took the wedding ring off her finger and proposed to his girlfriend with it.

At least this happened in Chicago, where they have strict gun control. If it had happened somewhere in America, the victim might have been armed and this choirboy might have gotten shot for his troubles. This is the gun-free paradise that the leftists and anti-freedom folks would have us all living in - where young thugs are released from prison after small fractions of their sentences to beat the old and frail to death without fear of retribution.

Personally, I like the America where the thug dies in a hail of .45 Automatic fire better.

That is all.

Even better is the one where said goblin dies from a single well-placed round. Ammo is expensive.

Ammo is not THAT expensive.

Second City Cop has plenty of stories like this. Chicago and/or Illinois almost seem take a perverse pleasure in unleashing first class scum on the polite members of society, then denying them the ability to fight back.
