You wonder if the media ever lays awake at night thinking of new ways to shill for this administration?
Obama campaign sues Ohio over early voting law for military
In a move that puts new meaning to the term battleground, President Obama's re-election campaign and members of some military groups are on a collision course over voting rights in the critical state of Ohio. The Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee have filed a lawsuit to block a new state law allowing men and women in uniform to vote up until the Monday right before an election, while the cutoff on early voting for the rest of the public is three days earlier.
Yep. Asking someone looking to vote to show an ID is ZOMG RACISM!, but giving someone a few extra days to get in an absentee ballot is unfair - even if their ballot has to travel through a literal war zone. Illegal aliens voting without fear of proving who they are is preferential to a Marine casting their vote a day before someone else...
That's what it means to be a Democrat, folks.
That is all.

Actually, we've had Proof of Citizenship with Photo I.D for a few years up here in Buckeyeland. But even with a Supreme Court Ruling involving Indiana saying Photo I.D to Vote is Constitutional, they are wasting Tax Money tying this up in Court knowing that they'll lose. As for the Military Absentee Ballot issue, yeah, they HATE that. But if they can get ONE Politically Appointed-for-Life Federal Hack,...Judge to issue a Stay, then they've succeeded in their Delaying Tactic, even if it get Overturned Down the Road.
Guess it's not as easy to rig an Election w/o ACORN Stuffing the Ballot Box.
But this MAY, repeat, MAY be a Sign that the Anointed One just doesn't have the Votes come November. One can Hope.
Funny thing is here in Ohio we've had to show a picture ID at the polls for years... yet another state tries to implement it and ohhhh noooo.... it's racist, disenfranchising...
Dann in Ohio
"That's the Chicago way!"
I gotta take exception to this a bit. The DNC doesn't like the Ohio bill because it extends the voting period for the military but nobody else. Not because it extends it to the military, but because it creates that second class of citizen. I can't say I disagree. Give them more time! But... give the same time to everybody.
I think the Rs are pissed they didn't think of it first.
The Democrats don't have to win. We just have to lose.
That's what they SAY.
When was the last time you believed what they say on any other subject?
