I have 100 pounds of pork bellies vacuum packed in the freezer, all or the stuff necessary to turn it into the best bacon in the world, I'm good for a couple of months.
Shit, I missed it again. Two weeks in a row, my memory is middle aged and muddled for sure! I was watching some movie about some old baby growing young, Benjamin Button or something like that, turned off around hour 2, with another hour to go. Not a bad movie just too damned long with too many commericials. Wish I had remembered you guys instead.
By the way - is there really a BACON SHORTAGE!!!!!!!
