Roger sends in the latest addition. As with many DGC addition stories, there's very little actual "reporting" done, but for now, from what we're given, it looks like a good shoot.

Neighbors' altercation ends with one shot and killed

APOLLO BEACH (FOX 13) - One man is dead and the neighbor that did the shooting is not facing charges – at least for now.

It happened around 6 p.m. in Apollo Beach, and authorities tell us it could possibly involve a Stand Your Ground argument.

Charge someone with a knife, get shot? Yeah, that sounds legit. Further into the story, we find out that the recently deceased had problems with other people in the neighborhood, that his house was in foreclosure and disrepair, and generally that he was a few burgers shy of a Happy Meal. Now, no, an unkempt lawn and a foul mouth isn't enough to warrant getting shot, but charging someone with a knife in your hand just might be.
