So, this morning, BabyGirl G. asked me a simple question.
"Dad, how come you haven't used the coffee mug I got you for Father's Day?"
Every year their school has "Shopper's Corner" before Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day where the kids can bring in a few dollars and buy small items for their family/mom/dad. She picked out this mug for me:
It's really cute and I was duly impressed that my little girl thought that much of me. However, as you can plainly see, the inset "star" removes a good quarter of the mug's coffee delivery capacity - a serious deficiency when it comes to morning caffeination! This morning, however, I bit the bullet and pour a mug of java in the reduced capacity coffee mug (Mandatory in MA and NY!).
The smile on my daughter's face was worth the extra refills...
