It's pretty neat, but he had a better idea:
I think you ought make it a contest, give people a week and then let your readers vote. Lots of people are happy you moved and I think you might get some interesting submissions. Now, I've talked to Robb, and he's happy to revise the current header to change "trapped in" to "escaped from". He's also real busy - and looking for more freelance graphic artist work, so if you need something done, give him a holler - so I'll toss this out there.
Anyone interested in trying their hand at a new banner? Dunno what I can offer as a prize, but we can think of something. I have lots of packing boxes! I'd like to see the new header incorporate something from Virginia (like the motto, "Sic semper tyrannis") and maybe one last poke at Massachusetts (maybe "no longer discouraging self-help"?), but be creative.
I'll post any entries and let folks decide!
That is all.

I might be able to kick over some "sic semper tyrannis" graphics :)
Geez Jay, you'll scare the kids!
Since Virginia's motto is "Sic semper tyrannis" -- "thus, always, to tyrants."
and Mass' is "Ense petit placidam sub libertate quietem" -- "By the sword we seek peace, but peace only under liberty."
A bit of something in between and of your own seems appropriate. Like -
Quod falsum est, non est pax tyrannis libertati -- The false peace of tyrants is no liberty
Of course you'd want an actual Latin speaker rather than google translate to verify the verbage :)
I'm just glad you got out!

I still haven't come up with anything I like better than VAmoosed. Received a positive response when I first suggested it... ;-)
How about "VA-jay-jay"?
Sorry. Tried to resist. Couldn't.
It was a Mass escape...
Free at last....Free at last!
Or is that one taken?
