San Marcos homeowner shoots break-in suspect
A San Marcos homeowner shot and killed a teen as he allegedly tried to enter the back door of a home early Sunday.Elijah Espinoza, 19, tried to get into the house one day after a female resident in the home was attacked by an intruder who fled on foot and had not yet been caught, according to a news release from the City of San Marcos.
The story is mighty thin on details, but it sure sounds like the recently deceased either can't take "no" for an answer or decided to try again. I'd like to think it was a jilted boyfriend come back to "take care of her" who instead found himself on the wrong end of daddy's .45... In any case, the good guys win another one.
